Groutech was founded by Nalinaksha Das and Mrinmoy Biswas. Nalinaksha Das had a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. His technical knowledge and experience of over 45 years in designand fabrication & erection of heavy and technological structures, sub-soilinvestigation, soil stabilization, tunnel grouting & rock bolting, leakage andseepage control in underground structures and tunnels, restoration ofdistressed concrete has been a key for the growth and diversified function ofthe company.

Mrinmoy Biswas held a master's degree in chemistry. He had extensive experience of more than 40 years in the fields of fabrication & erection, cementicious and tunnel grouting, rock bolting, leakage and seepage control, restoration of distressed concrete etc. He had in depth knowledge and experience in tendering, contract management etc. He had mentored new talents for the company and is well known among clients because of his sincerity and integrity.

Rajdeep Biswas joined the company in 2007, holds the position of Manager- NewBusiness. He is a management graduate, specialized in Marketing and Human Resources.He has worked with Wipro Ltd and with Accenture services in the fields of operations and international client management. He oversees all new business endeavours for the company,tendering and contract management.

Apart from the Top Management, we have experienced technical, administrative and accounts staffs, who are with us since long. Attrition level at Groutech is a staggering 0.1% only for the last 10 years, which signifies the sincerity of the company towards development of any employee, facilities provided to the employees and employees' sincerity, integrity towards work and clients.
